Fee Structure

Late fee of Rs 100/- per month will be charged for fees outstanding. Failure to pay the school fees in full in any quarter will result in the child’s name being struck off the school rolls. The child may be readmitted after paying readmission charge of Rs 1000/-

4. The payment of fees by cheque should be made in favour of Mahavir Institute of Education & Research. In the event of a cheque being dishonoured, a fine of rs 100/- will be charged.

5. In case the fee book is lost/damaged Rs. 50/- will be charged for issuing a duplicate fee book.

6. For rendering smooth and good service by the Bank the Guardians are requested :- 

a) To tender exact amount with the Bank to avoid unnecessary delay.
b) To wait in queue at the deposit counter during scheduled deposit time and observe discipline.
c) In case of any complaint in the Banking System, please write to the School Authorities and try to avoid arguments with the Bank Staff.

7. If the last date for payment is a holiday, fee may be deposited on the next working day.

8. Outstation cheques will not be accepted.

9. After the 15th the fees along with the fine will be received at the Bank between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. (Monday to Friday), HDFC Bank Moulali Branch, 8/3B, Hatibagan Road, Near Linton Post Office, Kolkata 700014

10. Transfer Certificate will be issued subject to a written application and clearing of all dues to the school.
