Fee Structure

4. The fees for the first, second, third and fourth quarters must be  paid by the due date. Should the fees for any oh the quarter remain unpaid, the outstanding fees of that quarter along with the late fine of Rs. 100 per month will have to be paid by the 15th of the next quarter, and failing which re-admission charges of Rs. 600 will have to be paid along with the outstanding dues. Please note that failure to comply with this instruction will result in your child’s name being struck off the school rolls.

5. In case the fee book is lost/damaged Rs. 50/- will be charged for issuing a duplicate fee book.

6. For rendering smooth and good service by the Bank the Guardians are requested :- 

a) To tender exact amount with the Bank to avoid unnecessary delay.
b) To wait in queue at the deposit counter during scheduled deposit time and observe discipline.
c) In case of any complaint in the Banking System, please write to the School Authorities and try to avoid arguments with the Bank Staff.

7. No deduction will be made for holidays or broken periods. Fees once paid will not be refunded. Results of pupils whose fees have been paid will be withheld.

8. These rules are not exhaustive and in no way limit the right of the School to alter or introduce any other rule to regulate the collection of the fees and other charges. Such changed provisions shall over ride the provisions mentioned here.

9. Transfer Certificate will be issued subject to a written application and clearing of all dues to the school.
